TITLE IX TRAINING

The new Title IX regulations, effective August 1, 2024, require specific training for your Title IX Team and a more basic training for all school employees, including board members, subs, community coaches, and volunteers.  Each required training is now annual.

KSB is offering schools several options to ease the burden of complying with the new training requirements.  We will have a short, simple training video that you can use for the "all employee" training for 2024, which we'll update in future years.  Our system will allow the superintendent or designated administrator to access a report to track who has watched the video.  Each employee will also receive a certificate of completion. 

We are designing similar training for your Title IX Team (coordinator, investigator/decisionmaker, informal resolution, and appeals). Anyone who takes this training will be able to serve on any role of the Title IX Team.   Again, each trained team member will receive a certificate of completion, and the district will be able to obtain a report to see the progress of each person assigned to take the training.   

These training videos will be available starting on July 19th. We will provide the individual in your district responsible for tracking training a link with instructions on how to obtain the records.

Registration includes a copy of materials used in the training and your completion Certificate. 

VIDEO ON-DEMAND PRICING:

$500 per DISTRICT for the "all employee" training regardless of the number of individuals trained (required for ALL staff, board members, subs, community coaches, and volunteers)

$1,250 per DISTRICT for Title IX Administrative Training

IN-PERSON TRAINING:

Administrative Team Training for your entire Title IX Team, regardless of the number of individuals you want to train. Estimated time for training is 3 hours.

Basic "all employee" training for 60-90 minutes, customizable for each school. We can do just the required Title IX training or add in other staff inservice topics, depending upon the length of time.
