2024-25 Board Member Series

We are thrilled to introduce our new Board Member Rookie and Refresher Series, designed specifically to meet the needs of school districts in Nebraska. This series is particularly beneficial for new board members, but it also offers great value for long-time board members looking to stay updated.

Why This Series?

Piloted through a successful partnership with ESU 9, this series was developed in response to feedback from superintendents who emphasized the need for short, focused training for board members who may not have the time to travel to state education conferences. Each video in the series is around 10 minutes long, concentrating on critical areas that Nebraska board members need to know about.

Flexible and Accessible

The flexibility of this series is one of its greatest strengths. Schools can choose to have board members watch these videos individually, or they can be played at the beginning of each month's board meeting. With our new client portal, each board member receives an individual login, allowing them to view the recordings at their convenience. Additionally, superintendents can run reports to see who has watched the videos, ensuring accountability and participation.
